Data Deletion Policy

At Ecommercetracks, we respect your privacy and provide a clear process for data deletion.     If you have connected your Facebook or Instagram account to our platform and wish to remove all associated data,     you may request deletion at any time.  

 

How to request data deletion

 

You can request deletion of your data in either of the following ways:

 
       
  • Email us at homedealspk@gmail.com with the subject line Data Deletion Request.

  • Disconnect your Facebook/Instagram account from the Ecommertracks dashboard → Settings. Once disconnected, all associated tokens and account data are removed from our systems within 24 hours.

What data is deleted?

 

    When you request deletion, we will remove all personally identifiable information stored on our servers,     including your Facebook/Instagram account ID, username, and any related profile or integration data.     Order records and analytics stored for reporting purposes are anonymized and cannot be linked back to you.
